Shyrokov.

The monograph develops the ideas and methods of the general theory of evolution and systematizes the provisions of the author’s idea presented in the form of three laws of evolution concerning the essence and peculiarities of the functioning of the theory’s main concept — the mechanism of evolution.

The analysis of evolutionary phenomena and processes leads to the conclusion that in any system at a certain stage of evolution, a structure consisting of three zones begins to manifest: controllable (controlled), uncontrollable (uncontrolled), and transitional between them – low (nominally) controllable (controlled). This effect is universal and can be observed in all thematic areas. This approach makes it possible to analyze the phenomena and processes of both natural and social history within a single methodology.

The final part of the book is devoted to the analysis of the evolutionary aspects of language by applying the general theory of evolution outlined in the previous parts to the linguistic, informational, and intellectual properties of the world. Establishing the affinity of language with intelligence (“…intelligence is a form of individualization of systems, which is inherent in the language status”) leads to the abstraction of the most general features of the language substance from its exclusive human carrier, as it was believed previously, and their “embedding” in the general evolutionary context. The evolutionary approach not only explains the relationship between intelligence and language but also places them in a series of necessary attributes of evolution and provides some guidance on their evolutionary prospects. At the same time, the evolutionary aspects of artificial intelligence, the GPT revolution, and the possible emergence of a new form of intelligent life as a result of the integration of biological and technotronic substrates in a single cognitive organism, which can be a candidate for a new biotechnotronic mechanism of evolution, are discussed.
